Park Avenue Travel maintains an electronic database of negotiated hotel rates. Our experience, along with the access we have to competitive properties, helps us to be more successful in lowering clients’ hotel costs. We proactively negotiate with often used hotels worldwide to provide our travelers preferred rates that are below corporate rates representing a savings of up to 40%.

Block space is also part of our discounted hotel program that gives travelers access to heavily booked or sold out cities, which are not available to other corporate travelers. This is a tremendous advantage. We have extensive experience negotiating hotel programs, both domestically and internationally, based on client needs and volumes.

Hotel reservations processed by travel consultants are confirmed immediately unless the requested hotel inventory has been removed from our automation system because of limited availability or a sold out status. In these cases the hotel is contacted directly and the traveler is advised of the reservation status.
